All orders must be placed through our website. We will not consider the receipt of a Purchase Order document as valid submission of an order.
Drnetech provides accurate descriptions and high quality eletronics, If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 30 days ago cannot be serviced.
All merchandise returns for full refund or credit must be within 14 days in new, resalable condition. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

Has your item been damaged during its journey to you? The item is clearly damaged upon receipt, and you need a replacement. This category applies to items that have not been used, or powered in any way. If this is the case with your items, please contact Customer Service about a replacement.
